Convenient luggage storage for early arrivals made exploring easy.
The breakfast was poorly stocked and often empty, which was frustrating. I had to ask for refills multiple times, and the noise from the dining staff was downright disruptive. the sink being outside the bathroom left no room for comfort.

I was given a room that didn't match the 'modern' glorification from the website. Also, breakfast was a total disaster, stone cold and devoid of variety. It's bewildering that no one offered me an upgrade for such unfortunate circumstances.

The location is fantastic for exploring all of Madrid. Breakfast was delightful with a nice selection, served until noon. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The bathroom could use some improvements as there was a slight odor and water overflowed during showers.

Great location just minutes from public transportation and the Royal Palace. The large bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was a standout with diverse options and a relaxed service until noon. However, there was a persistent odor in the bathroom that detracted from the overall comfort, and storage space in the room was limited, making it difficult for two suitcases. Despite this, the staff were helpful and ready to assist when we raised our concerns.
